No single person ever slows down the group, no matter their fitness level or due to any physical limitation.
Every movement we do is modifiable so anyone can perform them and we coach you to find the best modification that you need.
Beginners, Intermediate, and Advanced are all together in the same class supporting one another together.

OUR TRAINING PROGRAM OVERVIEW
MONDAYS & THURSDAYS ARE UPPER BODY FOCUSED
On these days we tone and define muscles in our overall physique through strength endurance and high effort interval training. We always train full-body, but on these days we target our upper muscles more.
Main muscles trained: Arms, Chest, Back, Shoulders
TUESDAYS & FRIDAYS ARE LOWER BODY FOCUSED
On these days we transform and sculpt our body through compound movements and strength endurance. We always train full-body, but on these days we target our lower body muscles more.
Main muscles trained: Legs & Core
WEDNESDAYS & SATURDAYS ARE CONDITIONING & CORE FOCUSED
Our conditioning days maximize the greatest fat burn possible and challenge our cardio with interval bursts (HIIT) that deliver a full-body blaster! We target performance, speed, agility, body awareness, and core specific movements. These workouts also help us increase recovery in our upper and lower body muscles.

HOW SYNERGY strength GETS RESULTS
Our specialty is plain and simple... get you as lean as possible AND build strength into a body YOU LOVE! We do this using Russian Kettlebell as our primary strength tool, but we also use barbells, battling ropes, TRX, medicine balls, sledgehammer slams on BIG TIRES, and more.
Our gym is not cluttered with machines that isolate only one body part. We train our bodies as one unit rather than individual parts so it performs at its best. We believe our body is “our machine” and we learn to make it work in synergy with natural movement patterns.
