I often tell my Synergy Kettlebell Training clients that they should not be listening to the voices in their head. Okay before you think we're a group of mentals out of "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" consider those voices that chime in right when you approach your limits that interrupt you from achieving your goal and working hard to push beyond. Now those are the voices I'm talking about! Shut out the negative and discern what you will allow to control your actions.
