Super Green Banana Cacao Smoothie
Ingredients: Use organic ingredients when possible • ½ cup crushed ice • ½ cup milk of choice ( unsweetened almond, coconut) • ½ cup filtered water • 1 banana • ½ cup raw baby spinach, packed • 3 tbsp. raw cacao powder • 1 tbsp. raw unsalted almond butter • 1 tbsp. chia seed • 1 tbsp. raw cacao nibs • 1 tbsp. psyllium husk (optional – for added fiber) • 1 tsp. spirulina powder • ½ tsp. pure vanilla extract • 10-15 drops pure stevia extract (or 1 tsp. raw honey)
Directions: Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
